Have you got a baby blanket at home that you don’t need anymore?
Think about donating it to the Dettol Baby Blanket Campaign.
Rachel Stevens is calling out to mums, dads and parents to donate a blanket to the charity campaign to help babies in need.
The campaign has two aims – to raise awareness of the lack of blankets for families in need, and to highlight the need to keep blankets clean!
All donated blankets will be hygienically washed with Dettol Anti-Bacterial Laundry Cleanser, an additive that kills 99.9% of bacteria even in temperatures as low as 15°C, before being re-distributed to families.
We used the laundry cleanser this week. I often do a quick wash at 30, so it adds peace of mind when washing baby bedding!
Dettol has also pledged to donate £1 for every blanket donated to Sparks – a children’s medical research charity.
You can donate your blankets via the FREEPOST address below:
The campaign ends this Friday, so there is still time to get your blankets in the post!
You can join in the conversation with @DettolBlanket on Twitter with the #sharethememories hash tag.
