I know Christmas is quite a few weeks away, but when I saw the Rainy Day Christmas Box I just had to try it out.
My eldest was only too pleased to be called upon as chief reviewer!
Here is what he found in the box…
He immediately went for the Santa glove puppet.
And with minimal help from me (he’s 4 so needed a bit of assistance so the wool didn’t get tangled when threading it) he got on with it happily.
All the additional felt features had a sticky back, so he could do all the rest independently.
He was impressed with the end result!
We made the snowflake magnets next. There were two in the set, which was great as he gave one to his cousin to make.
We had a fun game of dominoes next.
Although I’ve been just been informed by my husband that I played it wrong!
We had fun anyway!
There was also a sheet of stickers that have been squirreled away somewhere…
No doubt I’ll spot them around the house on cupboard doors and drawers.
We left the most exciting part of the box for last.
🍪 🍪 🍪
The recipe was easy to follow and made lots of yummy little biscuits.
We made two trays full.
Here is Darth Vader showcasing one freshly baked…
They were delicious.
And didn’t last long.
We had so much fun with our Christmas box and I would highly recommend them.
At only £10.99 they make a great gift to get for your own children to get in to the festive spirit or to send to someone else!
I know quite a few children who would love to receive this in the post!
